A.P.---Born and raised in Trenton, NJ A.P. was introduced to music at the tender age of 8. Hip-Hop was an instrumental source in helping him stray away from the realities of growing up in the ghetto. He began tagging along with local DJs and rappers to learn the business and make his own music. In his early teens he and a few of his friends started a rap crew, which turned into the dynamic independent label- Underworld Entertainment. They traveled across the tri-state area entering talent shows, open mics, rap battles and several showcases. In between time, A.P. released over 11 compilations independently as well as produced most of those projects. To add to his resume he also produces for local artists in the Trenton area.The content In A.P.'s music is depicted from his own real life experiences growing up in what is called "West Vietnam Trenton". A.P. has released a series of mixtapes on datpiff.com called "The Lost Tapes", which is a collection of old and rare material that didnt make any playlists. His passion for being Hip-Hops next superstar is undeniable. He's currently shopping for a record deal and continuing to work the mix-tape circuit. Recently in 2011 A.P. was a headliner in a ground breaking cypher that featured a few elite indie artists that are on the come-up in New Jersey. A.P. is gearing up to release his most anticipated mix-tape "A PRAYER, PUSH-UPS, & PIFFY"...2.0 in November 2011. Get familiar with the self-proclaimed Mayor- A.P!
